14. Refunds
ELQRIX Limited does not operate an automatic refund entitlement. All refund requests are assessed individually and decided entirely at our discretion, having regard to:
the degree to which services had been delivered and whether they met the agreed specifications;
the reasons given for the request and any supporting documentation;
the history of the engagement and prior communications.
Raising a refund request creates no obligation on our part to approve it. Where a refund is granted, it will be limited to fees for services not yet rendered, unless we determine otherwise. Approved amounts will be returned to the original payment method within thirty (30) business days of approval.
15. Dispute Resolution
Should any disagreement arise out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the Website, or services we have provided, both parties commit to first attempting an amicable resolution through genuine good-faith negotiation. The party initiating the dispute must send a written notice to the address or email in section 19, describing the issue and the resolution being sought.
We will use reasonable endeavours to acknowledge and respond within thirty (30) business days of receipt. If the matter remains unresolved sixty (60) days after the written notice was delivered, either party may refer it to the courts in accordance with section 16 below.
16. Suspension and Termination of Access
We may alter, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Website or any element of it at any time and without liability. We may equally suspend or terminate your access – immediately and without notice – should you breach these Terms or behave in a way that we reasonably consider harmful to us, to other users, or to our legal standing.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim concerning these Terms – including questions of their validity, formation, or termination – is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. You irrevocably accept that jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings being conducted there.
18. General
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other incorporated policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and us in relation to the Website, superseding all prior arrangements or understandings on the same subject.
Severability. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it effective; all remaining provisions continue unchanged.
No waiver. A failure or delay by us in exercising any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Force majeure. We will not be liable for any failure or delay attributable to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, civil disturbances, government measures, labour disputes, or failures of telecommunications or internet infrastructure.
Language. These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience only and does not affect their meaning or interpretation.
